The Family Violence Project of Waterloo Region is a collaborative partnership project among numerous community agencies developed to provide services to victims of domestic violence. There are a range of services such as police trained to deal with family violence; legal services, financial and children’s services and crisis/medical support for sexual assault victims. These are all available to support such victims in a caring and supportive environment at 400 Queen Street South in Kitchener.

Women Crisis of Waterloo Region being one among various community partners provides assistance with developing a comprehensive safety plan for domestic violence victims and helping access additional services as required.  Check out the Family Violence Project website for more information.
