Thank you to Jessica and our friends who organized the Lavish for Less event.
They chose Women’s Crisis Services as their charity partner and directed all of their proceeds to support women and children who are seeking safe shelter from domestic abuse.
Lavish for Less was established on the philosophy of looking good for less. With trends constantly changing and new brands continuously surfacing, it’s becoming more and more expensive for young women to stay up to date and on trend without breaking the bank. Lavish for Less was created with the hopes of inspiring young women to explore the options of second hand shopping while creating their own personal style.
Lavish for Less hosted a clothing swap at the Hacienda Sarria on Sunday March 20th, 2016. They invited young women in the KW area to sort through their spring/summer clothes, shoes and accessories and donate them to the swap. Then the open invite to shop shop shop!
This creative event not only involved young women, it supports them in many ways. Thank you for choosing to support our work and for including us in this fun event.
